Return Policy
At Ira Perfumes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders due to the nature of our products. If you wish to dispute an order, please reach out to us at support@iraperfumes.com
India-Specific Return Guidelines
- Perfumes: Non-returnable products.
- Returns/Replacements: Accepted only for damaged or defective products.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers must ship the product back to our address for returns.
- Health and Safety: Returns/exchanges are not offered for opened or used fragrances.
Important Notes
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without informing us may either be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
- If your order arrives damaged/defective, please contact us within 2 business days with a mandatory unboxing video at support@iraperfumes.com or WhatsApp at +91 (Monday to Saturday, 11 AM - 7 PM).
Provide the following details for returns:
- Customer Name/Email
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
Refund Policy
- Approval: Refunds are processed upon approval after receiving the returned product.
- Payment Mode: Refunds are made to the original payment source. Customers must provide their bank details for processing.
- Deduction: A 2.5% fee is deducted from all refunds (payment gateway fees).
Failed Online Transactions
Refunds for failed transactions are automatically processed to the original payment source and may take up to 7 working days.
(Note: We do not hold these amounts.)
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. Common reasons for cancellations include:
- Product quantity limitations.
- Errors in product or pricing information.
- Quality defects.
- Additional verification requirements.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only within 1 hour of placement, as we strive for fast dispatch and delivery.
